And if you want to find a list of all doctors taking new patients, you would call Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 and ask for doctors taking new patients in the area you would like to drive to or give them a choice

Question. Our doctor closed his practice and Aiden needs his 6 month shots. Anyone know who to call or where to take him? Would walk-in clinics do it?
Kathy Z. replied:
It is the Chatham Kent Public Health Unit that is at the Wish Centre, here is the number you can call to find out if they will give Aiden his shots, 519-355-1071.
Lauren R. replied:
Dr. Anees. I guess she's a new doctor. She's located near the howard mutual centre.
Mike K. replied:
You could try my doctor, his name is Dr. Leigh on St. Clair street, I dont know if he is accepting people buts hes a good dr and his waiting time is very short
Sue K. replied:
Lindsay, did you still have Dr. Thompson in Dresden?
Can anyone recommend a good doctor that's accepting patients. They can be in anywhere between Chatham and Sarnia ?
Jeff A. replied:
Ive had a lot of drs, I have a lot of health problems and had to go on short term disability, dr stoessor has always been very quick to send me to specialists or fill out paper work/forms for work, he will send me to any specialist or for any tests I ask, he'll give or do anything you ask for, hes a really nice guy, you have to pay a yearly fee to be his patient though, about 120 I think, his number is 337 3443
Just a question: looking for opinions on the best or better OB in the CK area. Expecting in July and want to make sure I have a good doctor.

Thanks Tracy lol. Thanks everyone for your comments! Too bad about the midwives. I'll try for Dr. Conde.
Lacey B. replied:
Dr. Ade Conde is great! Just be prepared for long wait times. (I've waited 7 hrs, 4 hrs, & 3 hrs before) they have emergencies but it sucks sitting all day being pregnant- just kills ur back! I've also heard about Dr. Sharma but I don't know to much about her....
Laura W. replied:
Dr Ade Conde was great!! Long waits in his office but you get an ultrasound everytime!:)
Angela C. replied:
Ade Conde does an ultrasound EVERY visit. That was the reason I chose him. Good luck!
