Can anyone recommend a good Disability Lawyer/Attorney. Thanks..

Dorianne Brown - I worked for DDS; the guidelines have not changed much over the years; depending on your allegations there has to be medical history showing that you are unable to do past work or "other work"; that "other work" does not have to be in TN; my recommendation is that you file an appeal, if you have been denied, ensure your documentation is in order; you can also contact the offices of Corker or Alexander as they do have someone on their staff that can fast track your case; you can call me 615.641.6368 & I can explain in more detail the process

Laura Richards so true; if a person is disabled per the gudelines, they will be approved

Joe Caliendro only works as disability attorney. Very direct and will tell like it is. He was mine and one of my friends as well. We both received on first hearing. Like others have said, if you have supporting documentation and especially a doctor that will file paperwork backing up (he had a form that I took to my doctor)...then, chances for approval increases chance to obtain. Best of luck...long journey, but worth it in end if it is needed.
