I had five roofers come and give me a quote. I picked the second lowest, which was Stockmohr. They are also one of the larger local companies, which gave me peace of mind. They were great - fast, cleaned up well, and the roof looks great.
When I moved into a new house, the prior owners had just had the roof replaced by Dalex. I've had them back a couple times to do some minor gutterwork and roof modification, and I found them to be very reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I think they tend to be on the expensive side and maybe specialize in tall/complex roofs, but I think they're still worth calling.
tl;dr - get multiple quotes, and I recommend calling Stockmohr and Dalex.

http://www.mammothconstructionservices.com are awesome. Eight years later and never an issue. Nice crew. Came when they said they were going to come, and finished on time. Whoever you get, make sure they're insured. Often, the cheapest outfits aren't.

NOT Big G Roofing. They did the work on my new build 10 years ago and they did the WORST work ever. I'm ready to replace the whole thing after just 10 years.
