Most start you off slowly if nervous. I went to one in Clinton he was too rough Dr liz that Debbie Jacks- Garrett recommended is gentle. My new one is more aggressive than Dr Liz but in a good way. Just tell them what hurts and it takes several visits to see improvements. Drink lots of water after and I ice sometimes.
