Use http://www.bikerbetten.de/ only German, but lot of biker friendly hotels and B&B, always using it when touring i Germany.

Motel one Saabruken is really good. I got a great deal from Hotel.com or some such site...it’s really right in the centre surrounded by bars and restaurants but some how it is a quiet venue. They have a security gated underground car park so very safe...costs a few euros to use the car park but worth it as lots to do in town. Watch speed limits though...cameras work...ask to book car parking space when booking if more than one bike.
