Kelley:) I second that! Mr. Stroud, he is great! We just had him on Friday. He installed Kelly's new water heater, and ours! Remember Cheryl from school? He is her daddy, also Anita's (she was in class with Wally). He has favorable reviews and really does great work! He is always busy, so that in itself, is a great recommendation!:)
