Oh no!! Now you have the "Pennington Back"! Alternate heat and cold. Lay on your back on the floor and put your legs and knees on the couch. Sleep with a pillow between your legs. Have Donnie massage "your back" with Ben Gay ( or equivalent ) and don't lift a thing. Advil for pain and inflammation. Wish you had our Chiropractor...he's a miracle worker. Hope it feels better very soon.
