Www.theknot.com is an online wedding planner, that is all I used, it reminds of things that are coming up and things you might have missed. I would assume a book would be similar but its free online!

We run a DJ/Photobooth company... there are some great planners and some to stay away from. Christina Nelson with https://www.facebook.c https://www.facebook.com/823560137690250 om/116820949906 Champagne Dreams and Brianna Lyndsey Events are both great.
In the process of wedding planning and am looking for well known & decently priced catering companies!

We used simply savory and we were very happy. They use locally grown produce, and did a kids station with pizza. They decorated the tables, and added lots of special wedding highlights. They also listened to our guests' list of dietary needs, and fit something for our limited budget. Brett and Carrie. http://ssvalleycatering.com/
