David Espinoza has repaired or replaced the roofs on all the buildings in the condos where I live, and is quite reliable.

I second David Espinoza. He is very clean and his crew is polite and on time. Also, he assisted my son in earning his Eagle Scout award by volunteering to re-roof a storage shed behind the Posse Lodge. He supplied all the materials and his workers.

We didn't patch the membrane- the patches and seams done by others didn't hold up. (chasing leaks a couple of years) Used a 'special' silicone product (2 coats) edge to edge to make a flexible membrane 'cover' with no seams. Looks like marshmallow creme in a bucket. It was from ABC Roofing on Zia road, SF. $275 for 5 gal. 1 gallon of GacoRoof per 50 square feet of roof This product has held up!!! (1 year so far) - used the white, which is better in summer but there are other colors. Happy with this fix. NOTE- MEMBRANE ROOF INFO here. http://www.gacoretail.com/gacoroof.html

Chris Bucher/Bucher Construction. We have his contact number if you'd like it. He was AWESOME, reasonable priced compared to all the other bids we got and he was done in 2 ish days.

Dave Espinoza repaired our membrane. Not only did we get the best price from him but he was clean, fast, and efficient. His numbers are 505-351-4768 or 505-920-3036.

I have dealt with both Los Alamos Roofing & David Espinoza. The are both very good contractors. Although David isn't local. I though this site is to Keep It Local & to give the money to our small businesses up here.

What kind of roof do you have, Celia? (tar and gravel? membrane?) David Espinoza: 505-920-3036 (but that might be an old number)

I can't find a number for Trinity. (We used Tritium Roofing when we did ours a few years ago, but they went out of business about 9 mos after we used them.)
