We are using the Club Hotel to cater our wedding in April. They were surprisingly MUCH cheaper than Pips and Cherries for per head cost and are able to provide alternate drop, whereas the info Pips and Cherries sent me was only for buffet or shared platters only. Having said that, the food Pips and Cherries can provide sounded Ahhh-mazing! Also, a lot of friends did recommend Loretta Fromm, but we were told it was more buffet style and we were after alternate drop (however, I could be wrong as we didn't end up contacting her). Good luck, I'm sure you'll find someone who will fit with your event!
