If thinking outer city, what about a cabin in a holiday park? There is one at Mt Gravatt and one at Rochedale - both have pools and close to buses. Mt Gravatt one very close to Westfield Garden City. Otherwise, what about Watermark on Wickham Terrace. Roma St train station down the hill, buses too. Opposite Brisbane Boys Grammar.
