I have had several people come look at my roof that needed repair and some I would never have back, one bugger got on my roof and crushed the iron, said he would fix it but never came back. Chris told me what needed done how much and when he could do it, even took photos to show me what needed doing. Couldn't ask for better service.

Have you rung fletchers yet to complain? They must have a facebook page. Like it/join it and copy your complaint onto it.
