Line6 has a new one that is awesome... G70. Supposed to have the Best latency rating among the competition. http://youtu.be/4OgsA9 eFwTA
Eric C. replied:
I had good luck with the G30, until we opened for and Nonpoint and Redline Chemistry at Thompson House... those guys were all using the Line 6 rack wireless units, and left them lit up on stage, so my receiver basically went batshit and was unusable. Orher than that, I was quite happy with it. Always sounded great. Transmitter was a bit cheap, though...
Chris H. replied:
Another endorsement for the X2 stuff. Ive got the XDS-Plus and the XDR95 Rack mount system. I've never had a problem. The transmitters feel cheap, but they have never broken on me, and I'm clumsy and frequently abuse my gear unintentionally. I can't speak for the build quality of the line 6 units, but from what I understand, the innards are more or less the same as the X2 gear. If I buy a new wireless unit, it will definitely be a line 6. Idk if you followed the NAMM show earlier this year, but line 6 is coming out with another revision of the relay series that looks awesome. That might be worth looking into. http://line6.com/relay-g70-g75/
