Is there a decent dry cleaners in downtown Cincinnati? I can't believe I'm drawing a blank on Google and Yelp. Atlas in downtown Newport seems to be the closest place.

I've been using Woodburn Cleaners on 7th since they were 7th St Cleaners. 'Free' pick up and delivery 2 day service. 95% of the time it's great. BUT they aren't great when it comes to the little things. A shirt came back without a button. They do minor alterations so I called and they came back and picked up my next load and I had set that shirt off to the side to be fixed. Rather than use the cream colored buttons that the shirt comes with (there are extras sewn into the inside) they put a clear button on which didn't match. I sent it back again with another group of shirts and this time they "replaced" the button on a different shirt that was fine, and again sent me back the shirt with the wrong colored button. Pros: at home or work pick up and delivery in 2 days for a reasonable price, picked up that day as long as you call & set out before 11 AM. Cons: if even the slightest thing goes wrong it gets complicated.

Kroner Dry Cleaners in Cheviot is wonderful. My grandma recco'd them for preserving my wedding gown and we've never gone anywhere since! They do pickup/delivery service at Cincinnati Children's, so I can't see why they wouldn't come to Spring Grove Village!
There was a dry cleaners on State Route 128 in the Cleves/ Miami Whitewater Area for about 2 years and they were always busy. They closed up shop about a year ago....

A former Cincinnati police officer owned Whitewater Cleaners for several years then sold it. The new owners changed the name and lasted a couple of years. Yes they did a good job and seemed to have a lot of business. I think it was something other than a lack of business. There is a cleaners on Gracely Drive right behind McDonalds in Sayler Park. They send it off but back in a couple of days. They do an excellent job.
