Buffet style dinner, nacho bar, candy bar, appetizers, band or DJ, you set the date and we will take care of the rest. We have a few dates available in January & February with prices to good to pass up at Receptions in Western Hills, call Kerri Thirion Robers at 922-6777. We also have additional dates available throughout the year. Happy New Year!

I was engaged on 6/15/12 and married 4 months later on 10/19/12 (a Friday). Full blown church wedding with incredible after-party at Receptions on Westbourne. I used Receptions' cake lady (Mindy), ordered flowers from Petals & Glass on West 8 th (incred ible owner), got invites from Land of Oz in Cheviot (wild place, stuck in 1960 - AWESOME old school service), used the DJ Receptions recommended (what ever), got a low-budget photographer (ponder this decision), ordered party favors and glow sticks from the web, went shopping at Michael's Crafts about once a month, the guys went to Men's Warehouse in Colerain, I purchased big dress from Wendy's in Reading and put it all together for around $8,000 in about 15 weeks. How much time do you have? Are we talking weeks, or months? People who claim to need a YEAR+ to plan a really nice event or wedding confuse me. I am a very decisive person, so if you avoid being wishy-washy and obsessive, you could do it in 8-12 weeks. Just make a decision and go with it. If guests are local, consider being a Friday bride (opens up options). The Meadows off Cleves Warsaw in Delhi/Addyston is also really nice. So is The Farm.

Creative Creations does a wonderful job. Just google and you can see some of the beautiful weddings they have done. Maria Westrich and Nicole Westrich are the owners . They also do other event planning. They will work with you and get you the best prices and exactly what you want for your special day. I would highly recomend them.:)

Christina Andi ... Land of Oz was a hoot. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I found the old fashioned way they do things kinda refreshing.

Also, if you need invitations, escort cards, napkins, etc. Karen Franxman lives in Union (has a home office) and was great to work with! She even hand addressed all of my envelopes, they were beautiful! I think she does wedding planning too, I know she use to, not sure if she still does!
