Any one have a good contractor to reseal windows that the seal has broke and the gas leaked out?

When they re-seal them they do not really return them to original condition. They basically evacuate all the moisture between the panes of glass. The insulating value is not returned. Mary, A mechanical sash is screwed together, a welded has a weld that forms a picture frame type of joint in the corners of the sash.
Hey FB peeps...looking to take out an exterior door and close it up, maybe add a window. Anyone know or have a handyman, general contractor that they can recommend?...
