Tammy Miller We have a home with joint owners and a buyer. We want 3 appraisals and then we will go with the middle price for the price. I simply want to hire an appraiser for 1/3 of that arrangement. I know I can get one through a realtor, but I want to be up front and not let them "think" I am going to list it etc...so paying for a simple appraisal seems the fair way...
