I work for New Era Construction in Rochester and we charge $25/shingle with minimum $100 and can be higher for steep dangerous roofs. Were licensed and insured with excellent BBB and Angie's List ratings based on hundreds of reviews. I hold OSHA Safety Cert. I'm also trained in identifying storm damage to roofs as we are an insurance restoration contractor. Find us at necroofing.com. I live locally and could visit all your homes tomorrow. Contact me at (248) 933-3624.
Looking to see if anyone can recommend a good attorney, specializing in Construction. It's a long story, but it's a roof and attic that has had all the mold return in 9...

Typically roofers aren't and don't have to be licensed, insured yes but not licensed. I own a rough carpentry company and if you're Clarkston local I would have no problem stopping by free of charge and inspect the OSB sagging and make sure it was properly installed. Hacks and swindlers make us all look bad, even the ones that go the extra mile to ensure things are done correctly. I could put you in touch with a builder that I work with & his attorney. Superior Carpentry of Michigan INC. I'm working in the historical district of Clarkston this week so I'll be close. 248-875-8117

Sounds like bad ventilation. Soffit vents clogged? Maybe needs baffles? Ridge vent? Easy fix, not worth lawsuit. Roofer will file bankruptcy and re-open under new name. Call it a lesson learned and pay for the fix with a licensed insured roofer with lots of reviews on Angie's List or Better Business Bureau or Yelp. Hate to say it but as a homeowner you have to do your due diligence and hiring a licensed contractor that you verify and review is crucial. necroofing.com
