Depends on style you want most places specialise so do your research and don't make the mistake of going on price or because they have a waiting list!! Personally I can recommend skin shokz and Drop of Ink in Shipley. Got ink from both as well as a place called Artistic Crew in Kirkstall. Inspirations in Morley is good too. All of them have award winning artists but different styles and if your feeling flush Polish Dan over in York calls top trumps
