Dr Jose Portela Balanced Spine Center, as NUCCA Chiropractor he has more training than a traditional Chiropractor. I went to Dr Felt for years and he was great but Dr. Portela takes it to a higher level. I have been spared a second neck surgery because of NUCCA Chiropractors. I am still angry that they aren't really known about in the medical community when what they do is very logical, scientific, no side effects, less rough on your body than a regular Chiropractor and it works.
