Be careful if going to Dr. Duke. I went there first. Never saw him just the PA. Was told I had a crack in my knee and needed a total knee replacement. Went to Dr. Cook at Tri-County. Didn't need a knee replacement and I did not have a crack in my knee. Had a torn meniscus which he repaired.

Dr. Hari Parvatanini in Gainsville I highly recommend I have had 5 knee surgeries due to infections Dr. P is the only one to finally take care of me I will be forever grateful Dr. Duke is who recommended him and my doctor in Michigan concurred wtih that decision

Dr Farr is good. Dr. Cole in Orlando is world renowned. He did both my knees at the same time when no doctor would touch me. He also did my hip and now will be doing other hip. People from all over go to him. One suggestion I will give you. No matter where you get it done. Do not go to the club in the villages for rehab. Horrible experience and not only for me but I could give you a list.

I just found out that Dr. Ray is still in practice in Clermont at a different location. He is great! I worked 13 years for an Orthopedic Dr in Orlando who is now retired but he always recommended Dr. Ray as a great technical surgeon.

So little out the way but Dr Burgess and his team at Orlando Orthopedic are the bomb. Love them all and if I could use him as a regular doctor I would.

No..Dr. Michael Ray...you might be thinking of Dot Richardson. Two different Drs. Dot is a female physician who was also a pretty famous Olympic athlete...womens softball. I dont know anything about her as a physician tho.

Dr. Messieh and staff were very nice. I've also used Dr. Kupiczewski in downtown orlando. He did my knee arthroscopic surgery when my insurance didn't cover Messieh anymore. I would recommend either.
