Thanks for the tag, Pippa. Hi Bex, I am assuming the 16 year old is a boy...is it your Son? If so, it very much depends on what type of training he wishes to do. I must admit to being a little too busy to offer additional PT sessions these days, although my work is still related, but my background is predominantly physique based. If this is his interest, let me know...he may find my free resource, GymProfessor.com, helpful also. My friend, Ian Eisentrager, who's also been tagged, specialises more with boxing and general conditioning and also offers several classes in Clevedon. He has also been tagged for good reason:) . My sister did Sports Science at bath as a degree and she's now fully qualified to be a personal trainer or physiotherapist etc. that type of course can set the ball rolling to anything in the fitness industry
