Donna's Hairdressing & Extensions in Wynnum West. Donna charges $70 for move-up's or to re-apply the extensions that you already have :) she only does tape and micro beads. She charges $200 for half a head or $400 for a full head, and they are amazing quality extensions! I have had my tape extensions for a year and a half and they are in almost the same condition as they were when I first got them done, even after straightening them every day and dying them quite a bit. She cuts in your extensions and can style cut them for no extra cost. She doesn't have a Facebook page, but her number is 0439626779.
