Have you checked AirBnB? Most private rooms on there are in the $50 range, but there area few options closer to $25. The Motel 6 in Middleburg Heights is probably the cheapest motel option, but I think that runs $45-$50/night.

There are a few La Quinta Inns around town (the one by 71 on w. 150 th, and the one off 480 in North Olmsted come to mind). I don't have any idea of their rates, though. They might be a bit out of your price range considering they're meant more for people on business trips.
