Molly, thanks for suggesting Nishkama Yoga. We have Yoga Basics classes on M/T/W/Th/Sat - I teach the 7:30 Thursday class. Also, our Slow Flow could be an nice option once you feel like you feel a bit more secure in poses/instruction.

Being an eastsider I go to Yoga Lounge, Harmony Studios, AGNI, etc. Have heard good things about Prana Bodhi and Kyrsia which are in Lakewood and Westlake I think.

I go to Inner Bliss Yoga Studio pretty regularly and love it. I love the hot powerful flow classes although they will kick your butt and leave you sore so they are tough to do along with intense training. I also enjoy the warm all levels classes as they are less intense and nice on an easier day. Jennifer Yuhas is a great teacher to try out!
