hey clint adopted arianna :) i went to www.selegal.gov and go to the do it yourself link and print off the adoption papers and take it to the court house you can do it yourself only if the other party is willing to sign thats why mine was so easy 3 visits and cody and myself split the bill like 75 each and my husband is not only the father of arianna but legally as well .

Jerry Hoffer is a great attorney but a great guy too! Not sure about $ but I know on most attorneys websites you can print out documents & just do most things yourself at the court house as long as the other party agrees

Not sure what you need one for... Jimmy Logan is a good defense lawyer or for divorce or anything involving children, you will not go wrong with Trey Winder, I have seen him win cases where the one parent gets full custody when there was no reason not to have joint custody
