I have no idea about KS Construction, but I would hope they sub-contract to someone that does only hardwood flooring. I have been doing hardwood floors for 34 years and started when I lived in Pompton Plains. I have seen work done by tradesmen that do "everything" and it can be a disaster. Find out who will be doing the work and look at work they have done. Also find out exactly what finish they use and get all the information about it on the manufactures web site. I am willing to do this for all my customers.
