I went to MCC and graduated with a AAS in the vet tech program. I would contact MCC. You could do the gen eds at ccc but the program at MCC is still 2 years. Either way you will have to go to MCC for 2. I was part of the first group that grad with the program there, it's changed a lot since I went through it. I think one of the techs at Clinton Vet Clinic went through recently.

Also Happy Tails in Rock Falls now does low income vouchers that whiteside animal control used to handle. It cost me 15 for a male and 20 for my female.
