He's not based in Hamilton but I'm currently working with Paul Cutajar (Remax) and he knows the Hamilton area really well. He's been super helpful in helping my wife and I find out first home.

My family went through Colleen Boyle to buy two houses, we were so pleased with the match. She was not only patient, showing us an endless amount of homes trying to find one to suit the needs of my grandmother, but she convinced my dad out of purchasing one down the street. When it could have been an easy solution for her, she chose to cater to our needs as a family, and really helped us get the right homes, instead of choosing the easy convenient option that wasn't going to go up much in value, and would have required some tweaking on our part.

Sherri Harding was really great for my family, cannot remember the company she was with I think Remax though

Just to follow up- We ended up going with Jeannie Crawford, through some recommendations and because I loved her website and passion for the city. We have now been happily living in Hamilton for 2 weeks! She was a really good resource for us to get to know the city and put in a lot of work to find us the right house. http://movetohamont.com

We moved here from Toronto about 1.5 years ago and we went with Angela Nolan - she really knows neighborhoods and is silly fast at getting back to you on emails - usually just a few minutes. Super accomodating, I can't say enough good things about her. http://angelanolan.ca/

I know a guy that specializes in condos: Larry Bomford. http://judymarsales.com/representatives/4 If you're looking for a house, though, he's probably not the best choice.

Contact Judy Marsales realty and they can suggest one of their agents who can help you find a place. They are all really knowledgeable of the area.

We just used Chuck Farrauto with Realty Network to sell and buy a new home. Really liked him, knows the areas, especially older areas and homes. I can track down his info if you want a PM.

Actually Florida laws have changed and a certain percentage of under 55 can buy and live in those parks now.
