Ice it up while lying on your stomach for 10 minutes. Motrin or Naproxen to help the swelling. After a few days of icing, try alternating heat/ice. I had a blown L5. After many years of chiropractic care and mucho $$$ i decided to see Dr. Fischgrund, a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Spinal Surgery. Had back surgery back in 1995. Success!

Kirk has herniated discs and his pain doctor is Dr. Krasnick. A lot of trial and error but has had some relief.

Yep Chiropractor! I have the same one herniated from my car accident and my leg was numb a couple of weeks later could feel my leg again. Dr. Derek Bittner very knowledgeable, Christian and nutritionist. I hope you get better.
