Cross Fit is definitely the gym to go to. They have a website, Clitheroe Crossfit were you can read their workout of the day, check classes etc.

Maree Leisure at the Stirk House, it's all just been refurbished and they have everything, including boxing training and an aromotherapy swimming pool. It's a brilliant place.
