I second Jess Jones' recommendation of Shade's Findings. She has done some amazing work for me and my husband.

Shades Findings is awesome. I've had things made by her and I know when the time comes for my wedding dress to be made I plan on going to her.

Vader Dave is an awesome seamster

Samantha Maher is amazing with dresses, you could ask her to custom made it for you!

I'm not sure if the same people are there, but Showtime Costume in Valley Junction use to do amazing costumes. I believe the head woman's name was Melissa, and she was huge into Star Wars and other things.

If the twin cities is close enough for you, you might also check with Scoundrelle's Keep. Heather does fantastic work-not sure if she would do this custom, but it's worth asking her. https://www.facebook.com/scoundrelleskeep?fref=nf
