Bullard chiropractic. He doesn't twist or try to break you in half. He uses a machine called a proadjuster. Its awesome. The address is 330 bullard ave number,5592998300, hes right down the street from saddleback. Hes pricy but amazing.

Sometimes Aleve works better and don't let it wear off. Stretch a lot. See Shane SEIBERT. Angie has #. Some heat before stretching helps. So does spa jets.
