I personally think this is a very debatable question because everyone is going to comment their favorite place, the salon they work for, a salon where a relative works at, or a family member that does all that. For example my sister Vicky Cardenas does all that, has her own shop so of course I'm going to say she's the best!!! I think you should just start with something small and try out different places until you find your favorite:) just a thought:)
