El Paisa, Atilanos, and La Michoacana in the valley. Contrary to popular belief, taco works is trash.

Choo Choo Torta in Spokane Valley is a great option too. Definitely El Paisa in CdA!

Las Chavelas, near Fred Meyer. A little out of the way but easily the best Mexican Food I've had in town. If you're looking for something quick though, Atilanos is also a great quality fast option.

Nadines in Rathdrum is the best I think. Followed by probably taco works.

Delon Foods in Spokane Valley is a great Mexican grocery store with a food counter inside. If there's a good Mexican place in CdA, I don't know about it yet.

Many of the above already mentioned - great tacos at Tacos los Panchos (trailer).

I recommend Cafe Carambola if you're open to a different side of Mexican food that is pricier but way more refined.
Does anyone know a catering company that offers healthy menu options -organic, non-GMO, maybe dairy and gluten free?- It can also be a restaurant that does catering....
