I highly recommend Sean Wiffen Sue, in High st, he does a form of therapy that uses fine needles as well as phsio and he really cares, he got me thru my trauma understands Fibro too that's a plus

Hoys is good but you might find help in a Chiro too. John Vandenberg on Harbour drive I would recommend highly. He has an x-ray too. Best to take any X-rays you've got with whomever you are going to see. A referral isn't needed.

Try Bowen therapy. Fixed myback after 30 + years of pain.
