We are new owners of a house with a pool and are clueless. Any thoughts on Gtown Pool and Spa? He came out and opened the pool and was supposed to come back this weekend...
Judy T. replied:
Germantown Pool and Spa is awesome. I would definitely suggest using them. We have been using them for many years and never been disappointed.
Erin B. replied:
Pool Sharks will help you at whatever level you need- a lesson to chemicals to full service. Jack is wonderful!!
Jamie S. replied:
Call Mario at Pool Sharks, or talk to Jack the owner. Jack has been servicing our gunite pool since we had it installed. His office numeral is 379-8686, 7781 Farmington is new store front. If we had nit been pleased for 12 years, we would have found another company. They will be here tomorrow to open ours

Pool Sharks!!!
Julie G. replied:
Don't confuse the two - Germantown Pool and Spa is Charles Long (a longtime G'town resident) who services and builds pools; no store. Memphis Pool (on Poplar, in Germantown) is a store and has a service department, which I agree can be pretty horrible (and their quotes for pool renovation are ridiculous).
