Century Link. I've had no problems with them and they're super cheap.

I got Century Link and they are about $30.94 each month. I did my research for the cheapest one and they were it. Customer Service isn't the best, but it works well and is cheap. Also if you're in the provider area WOW internet is cheapest but not a widely used service because of their lack of towers/poles. They don't service to donut areas(areas with lots of trees surrounding them).
