Not sure you'll make it under $1100 a month with the things you're looking for, but you should be able to find something fairly close in a nice area of town. I'd suggest looking into the Southwest Mountains Edge area as well, there's a ton of nice areas both gated and non gated.

At the price point, you may find something just outside of Summerlin. Check out Summerhill Pointe. It is on West Sahara just outside of Summerlin in 89117. It should be at your price point, is in a nice area, has covered parking and the office staff is prompt with any concerns. If there is something in Summerlin with a garage at the price, I would love to move there too. Best of luck!

Centennial is too far from everything imo. Summerlin area or southwest area is best bet.

A one bedroom condo in the NW is hard to find. Look for a two bedroom condo. The average price is $1200. I live in a community very close to Summerlin. It’s in the 89129 area. I think this is the area you’re looking for. Most neighborhoods are gated and there isn’t any fecal matter on the walls. It’s a pretty quiet area and it’s beautiful. Good luck!

I just moved from Centennial Hills to Everett and it was a decent neighborhood from my experiences.

Take a look at The Mercer on Tropicana, my girlfriend and I toured it and love it, moving in in a few weeks. Anyone got tips on moving a 2 bedroom apt from San Diego? I think we’re just going to U-Haul it using movinghelp.com to load/unload.

I don’t think you’ll find anything in summerlin for 1,100

I live in the Centennial Hills area and it’s not bad at all. Quite a bit of condos and homes for rent too. Best of luck.

Just stay in the Summerlin area.

Centennial is nice but it’s far from everything. I think you’ll regret living there. Go along 215. Rhodes Ranch area is nice but the closer to Summerlin the better.

Summerlin is nice and established. I own a home in the Northwest area in Silverstone Ranch and it’s nice there, and I’m currently living in the SW Mountains Edge area which is nice.

Again, a great resource is u/tonythetiger891 - he will set up a listing for you so you know what you’re renting beforehand.
