Dr. Serff at Serff Orthodontics. I was also a transfer case and all the other ortho's wanted to charge me extra and extend my treatment time. Dr. Serff was able to keep me on track, and kept the cost the same.

Contact Columbus Dental Lab on Chumar Dr. I used to work for them a while ago and they would do stuff like that from time to time. If they can't help you ask them for a dentist that might be able to. If you can't find anyone and they are a Vetetan then contact the VA office in Alabama.
