Okay I'm the tenant. The repairman red tagged i have photos of totted pipes. She didn't eant him to ffix it daid he was money hungry. Yes i eas there when the other man came and turned bsck on. First comp found carbon monxide. Second diidnt even test.fireldept came and tested postive to. Gas company removed meter so landlord couldn't turn back on.

Ok she can't sue u guys she would have to sue the gas company Sandy Miller but u guys can sue her for not fixing the problem.

Oh Alyssa Caudill I'm not saying it would go anywhere so here she can try to sue but it will get reversed in court. Sandy Miller and the gas company can sue her for not fixing it but if it's the gas company's fix that is a different story.
