Hi! My little one will be one in February and we just moved here last summer! Sherwood Park is a fabulous neighborhood very safe and in a great school district! We used Deb McFarland with Coldwell Banker. And there are currently approx. 6 houses for sale within a few blocks from my house (4 of them are new builds)!
