Sis.....!!! Just installed mine a couple hours ago.... Washer broke the other day so I bought new washer & dryer so I had a matching set.... Buh-byeeeez $2,057.....grrrr!!!! Complicated things w/ too much technology involved... There's even an app to monitor, troubleshoot, and control the machines via iPhone or iPad.... Just had to figure out what the "suds" message on display meant.... *ta-da*......It literally meant "suds" because I used too much liquid detergent - the same amount I've always used, but.......whatever. Glad you have your washer nightmare sorted out.... Jo Jos.....
