We had our reception at Double JJ Resort in Rothbury. It would be a drive, however we did it on a Friday and blocked rooms for family and friends to stay the weekend. It was a blast to have the reception then the next day to actually enjoy everyone that traveled and stayed. And there's so much to do on the property, everyone of every age enjoyed it. They have many spots on the property to choose from. We took a tour and went with the back forty for a country setting. Room seats 300 comfortably but we only had about 55:)
