Dr Liew is awesome. From personal experience. Gastric sleeve the best way to go and he will recommend that as lap band is very rarely sustainable

I was sleeved 21 months ago by Dr Nolan - 38 kgs down... Dr Nolan, Dr Liew and Dr Jordaan all have good reputations. Don't just choose the cheapest Dr. Ask questions of Dr and his patients all the positives and negatives!! Trust me there are negatives!! Get on and join all the Facebook Bariatric pages..... it is a lifestyle change but it's not for everyone & at times its def NOT easy! If you want honest feedback feel free to PM me - I am also a nurse on the GC and happy to be yr support person if you choose to have surgery. Best of luck x

I had a gastrectomy. Same sort of op. I pay $286 a month AHM, for family, with age loading as we didn't get private health before our 30 th birthdays. Dr Joordan from memory was $3000 out of pocket. Anaesthetist was $550. Private room, for a week at Pindara.
