Can anyone recommend an affordable afterhours vet? Very important

Emilyy I'm so sorry for your loss. It would be hard to talk about, so don't answer now. Where did this happen? Every pet owner needs to know if ppl are not keeping their dogs controlled( on leads, mussels etc) for certain breeds. I lost my cat at my front door when two big dogs had gotten out of their yard. The council said there are large fines for owners who do not keep these big dogs locked up. The owner of the dog is responsible to pay your vet bill and funeral expenses. I cried for a week when I lost my loved ones, it's so hard. Rip Russell

Hello, can I please have some recommendations for an incredible and thorough equine vet on the Sunshine Coast (preferably northern end of the coast).

We went to Blanck Street Vet in Maroochydore! We took him in their at lunch time and both the nurse and the vet sat on the floor playing with him, gave him treats and stood talking to us for a good 10 minutes just to make him feel at ease.. He was still very scared, but warmed up well! We are doing this everyday for a week, no charge!!

Henry Stephenson from Kawana Waters vet. He uses holistic methods before other methods, and really knows his stuff.

definitely Henry Stephenson from Kawana Waters Vet, excellent vet. Very understanding and caring.

I work with All Vets, and seriously, in the area you ask, there is not a vet I wouldn't take my pet to. You just have to remember that just like in life, you are not going to be friends with everyone and you have to find a vet that will be a friend to you and your pet. Vets are human too, and unfortunately can make mistakes so please don't be telling people not to go to this or that practice because you had a bad experience. It sounds like you found Blanck Street and they are just lovely. I hope it all works out for you.

This is probably too far away for you, but my dogs are super anxious about vets, and we have found Moffat Beach vet is incredible. We are encouraged to drop in between visits, just so our dogs are more comfortable and reassured. The times we go for o fficial reasons, the vets are so calm and kind. My older dog especially used to wet herself when she went to a vet, but now walks in calmly and comfortably. This is close to a miracle to how she used to be. Good luck on finding the perfect fit for your fur baby.
Candice P. replied:
David Battle at Mountain Creek Vet. He's been excellent with both of my fur babies
