Go have a chat with the artists at Bright Side in Christianshavn. I know some of them do photorealism. For dotwork, I am clueless, but it seems very simple. I am sure they would recommend the artist who is most capable in the Copenhagen area, if they are not able to provide themselves. Third, they have a constant flow of guest artists, so if they have one on the horizon who fits your requirements, that could be a solution too.
