You will love Mint.com Tammy. At first everyone hates it because it combines everything and shows allllllll your bills and debt lol but then you will love seeing everything paid off, reminders of upcoming bills, compare months, years, etc

I did a quick search of mint.com & it has a lot of positive reviews but it's an online program and pulls in all of your banking info and provides live data to you. You have your own business so this is for more than personal buffering. You have to be able to provide a file or hard copy to the person that does your income tax returns which I don't think mint can do. Also you get what you pay for and mint is free so very little or no support if something goes wrong. I have to wonder what supports this programming if it's free and do you have to deal with a lot of add, do they use your data for anything?

Excel isn't intuitive for accounting if you are not computer savvy. Sure it can work but you need to understand the software to make full use of it. I'd really recommend Quick books myself.
