I went to Great clips once, for a trim. Not sure who it was, but someone there messed my hair up. Now I use Salon Dana on University and Sample. Dana (he's a guy) is the owner, and is the only 1 working. He takes his time and doesn't try to squeeze in 3 clients at a time.

I figured Great Clips would be passable for the kids, it's pretty simple stuff. They've messed up before but then Shawna was pretty good. I may end up brining to my girl at Salon Paula Alexander, but it's so much more expensive.
