I go to Keri Holyoak by walmart... Not sure the ne of the practice but I have the most sensitive skin on earth and constantly have problems and she's completely helped with everything. Seriously amazing. Here the phone number should you decide to go there! (801) 567-1400

Yes Keri Holyoak. She's one of my derm PA friends. Her supervising physician is Joe Jensen or Jenson. They're in the Union park area by fa,ily center. If they're not on your insurance, ask again and I'll give you another name. Janice Janice Holmstead Johnson has a really good derm too. Can't remember his name but I've talked with him and he seems really nice. He trained with Dr. Jensen.
